Dumpster Use
While in your possession, dumpsters must NOT contain the following materials:

Hazardous substances (e.g., toxic, corrosive materials, chemicals, asbestos)

Liquids of any kind
-
Cans, drums, or other containers unless emptied and crushed
-
Medical waste or animal carcasses
-
Heavy materials such as rock, dirt, or concrete
Yard Waste Disposal
The dumpster can be used for yard waste only if loaded separately from other items. Acceptable materials include small bushes, leaves, and grass—no dirt allowed (must be bagged)
Drop-off & Pick-up
The standard dumpster rental period is 3 days. Drop-off and pick-up occur between 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM. For example, a Monday rental means the dumpster will be dropped off Monday morning and picked up Thursday morning.

Customer is responsible for ensuring clear and suitable access for delivery, placement, and removal of the dumpster, including obtaining any required street permits. If the driver is unable to access the dumpster for pick-up, a $30 service fee will be charged.

​Certain items require special handling at the transfer station and cannot be disposed of in landfills. As a result, these items are subject to an extra charge:
